ServiceMASTER® believes that training is an integral part of our organisation. Our Learning & Development Team emphasises on building world-class training infrastructure and brings in different techniques to train our employees to enhance their skill set and knowledge with the focus on advancements in the industry.
We are partners with Delhi Skills & Entrepreneurship University to design BBA curriculum in Facilities and Hygiene Management. The Head of the Learning & Development Department (Ms Bhavita Bhatia) was the visiting faculty at DSEU for the Course.
Teaching Content created by ServiceMASTER is used to train the students further.

After completion of 2 months of Bootcamp training, a grand graduation ceremony is conducted for JMT’s with management briefing and Pinning ceremony followed by a Local tour and farewell party to depart for On the Job Training tenure.

Pan India trainers are internally trained and certified in different Training Methodologies, Processes and Quality Standards.

SMCL & RARE have started a new series of Programs for our Supervisory & Executive Staff Members to become experts in their field of Business.
By attending this whole curriculum, they will learn about Site Setup, i.e.Transitions, Quality Standards, Work Procedures, Safety Protocols, Soft Skills, etc.
This would ensure standardization throughout the entity and the growth of our employees working at the unit level.
The trained champion shall ensure all the processes on the ground shall be adhered to with a major focus on Quality Standards.

To analyse the training needs and ensure that employees are learning, we have started with evaluating staff at premium sites. This shall help us analyse the training gaps and create a scope for improvement.

The training program is specially designed to cater for the training needs of our Operations/Sales Team Members. The objective of this program is to impart knowledge about the technology and processes used in the company.
An incentive-based program where supervisors are groomed and promoted as Training Champ, and they conduct regular on the job training for the housekeeping staff at the unit level.
Our team members are trained and certified by 3rd Party firms specialized in their field to ensure our staff is well-versed in basic safety processes in a facility.
(Supervisory Development Programme) A certification programme for High Potential Supervisors, trained further to increase their current skillset for Executive Level with a series of assessments.
We promote web-based training and online assessments for our team members during the pandemic crisis. SMCL Corporate Training Team is conducting several training programmes to keep the operation’s team updated with new concepts to work in the New Normal World (Post COVID).

We have introduced the Real-Time training tracking and reports for our customers via the Application called mTrainer.
